Casa Martin restaurant offers Reservations for a Live Mariachi Dinner Show. Dinner is required and there is a minimum $45 consumption charge per guest including any individuals requiring a seat or a seat space. There is a $45 charge for all guests who do not consume the required minimum. The minimum $45 dollar per guest consumption charge doesn’t include tax or gratuity. An 18% service charge will be added to all food and beverage charges for any party size. All reservations are for one show only, No exceptions

The minimum consumption charge does include any individual of any age that requires a seat or seat space and we ask that you please always include children when making your reservation.

RESERVATION REMINDERS

Casa Martin attempts to give all our guests a courtesy reminder call one day prior to your reservation.

We ask that international diners include a local phone number in special requests should we need to reach you in advance of your reservation.

REQUESTS

You may request to be seated in the main dining room, but we cannot guarantee specific tables. We do take handicap accessibility requests, but specific tables are not guaranteed.

Song requests are noted, but not guaranteed. The mariachi has a pre-set list of songs that they perform for each show. Requested songs may be performed if time allows, but it is not guaranteed.

TIME LIMIT

All reservations run for 2 hours only. All reservations are for one show. We sell every single seat for each show so we cannot extend any reservation.

There is a 10 minute grace period for all reservations. While we make every effort to seat guests at the precise time of their reservation, there may be a delay in the availability of your table due to the pace of the dining room and the seated guests. We encourage and recommend all of our guests to please arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled reservation to help reduce and limit the unforeseen waiting periods.

Your entire party must be present to be seated and If your party is incomplete by the end of the 10 minute grace period we can no longer guarantee your reservation.  We will add your party to the top of the waitlist, but your reservation will no longer be guaranteed in the main show time dining room and are held to the restaurant’s cancellation policies and may be subject to fees.

No Balloons, confetti, or tape on the walls allowed in the Restaurant. Prices and items subject to change without notice.

The restaurant is available for special events and the Mariachi band is included in any event requested during our Mariachi band schedule.

Credit Card Required

Our restaurant requires a credit card guarantee at the time of reservation for all guests dining in Casa Martin restaurant. Providing a credit card guarantees our guests a reservation and assists us in seating all guests in a timely manner, in addition to preventing dual reservations and no shows on weekends. Please have a credit card ready.

Casa Martin restaurant requests a credit card number to hold this reservation. Credit card will not be processed or charged unless you cancel in less than 24 hours or no shows. Please visit our website at casamartinsm.com to review our cancellation policy.

This restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee according to its cancellation policy. You may cancel your reservation by calling the restaurant or via email. Please note that online cancellations will only be accepted 24 hours prior to the reservation. Thank you!

CANCELLATION POLICY

We’re committed to providing superior quality services to our customers. To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service, customers are encouraged to timely cancel any reservations that they will be unable to honor 24 hours prior to your reservation. If you or your group do not timely cancel or result in a no show for your reservations, you will be charged $45 per person.

You have up until 2:00PM on the day of the reservation to increase the head count to your reservations, but not guaranteed. Any modifications or cancellations after 2pm will require you to contact the restaurant directly and are held to the restaurant’s cancellation policies and may be subject to fees.

There are no same day Reservation Cancellations or requests in changes to your current reservation for a different show time Reservation allowed.

There is a $45 empty seat fee for every guest that does not arrive, no show, or do not cancel on time.

In cases of emergencies and last minute cancellations, we handle these unforeseen cancellations on a case by case basis and at a manager’s discretion. We will always be hospitable and take each instance into consideration.
